Depending on the circumstances, this may include your first and last name, contact information (email, phone number, region), résumé, your questions, comments, inquiries, and your preferences.

B. Information Collected Through Our Website

When you visit our site for the first time, your consent is requested to enable the geolocation function on your device. This feature may be activated to suggest regionalized content that could enhance your experience. You may withdraw access to geolocation information at any time through your browser settings (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari) or your mobile device.

We use Google Analytics to analyze browsing behaviors on the website. This is a tool that helps analyze the traffic and use of websites. Regarding cookies and performance analysis, we use Google Analytics and the WIX Studio analytics tool.

4. How Is Your Information Used?

We primarily use your personal information: to optimize the content, navigation service, and display of our website; to register your actions in our campaign; to add your subscription to our newsletter mailing lists based on your choices; to receive your application for an available volunteer position; for any other purposes permitted or required by law.

The personal information we collect will mainly be accessible to staff members of our organizations.

5. How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?

We protect the information communicated to us from the moment it is transmitted until it is destroyed. We maintain appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorized access, misuse, or any other unlawful form of processing. Only staff members who need to know your information or whose functions reasonably require knowledge of it have access to your personal information.

We also cannot guarantee that such information will not be accessed, obtained, disclosed, altered, or destroyed as a result of a breach of our security measures. We retain personal information as long as required to conduct our activities.

When you subscribe to one or more newsletters offered in the newsletter subscription section, the email provided will be used by the organizations to send newsletters with various content, depending on your choices.

If you no longer wish to be on our mailing lists, simply unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.

12. Links to External Websites

The website contains links to other sites, such as those of partner organizations and government sites. This policy does not extend to those websites. By clicking these links, you will be redirected to them. We have no control over their operation and cannot be held responsible for the policies, procedures, and practices of these third parties regarding personal information protection or for any other reason.
